ONLINE DISCUSSION FORUM RULES
The forum is for those students
who wish to learn and discuss information about LaMeD’s course materials.
The forum is open to those
students that would like to learn and discuss their course material in a safe
forum.
Please observe the following
rules.
-
Realize that we will not all
agree with each other or with everything we see on this forum. If an issue or
topic comes to an impasse, all parties involved should agree to disagree and
let the issue or topic drop. Each post-er should then take the issue to God in
prayer.
-
No “LaShon Hara” will be
permitted. That means no evil speech. No personal attacks. No
insulting. No talking down to another poster. Address the topic of the post or
the discussion, not the person posting or responding to the topic.
-
A facilitator/instructor will
monitor all postings for compliance. If a person is warned and continues to
post “LaShon Hara,” they will be edited or deleted from the forum after one
warning.
-
No one person knows it all.
We expect that everyone will learn from each other. This is a Torah Observant
forum where we love God above all things and we love our neighbor as ourselves
(Leviticus 19:18,34).
-
Realize that everyone is at a
different point in his or her walk in life and we pray that the Ruach (Spirit)
of God will lead people to The Truth.
We pray that you will grow in
wisdom and understanding.
Shalom u’vrachah
(Peace & Blessings)
